Children's Sunday School

Classes are provided for children beginning at three years of age. The Welcome Center will help you find the appropriate class for your child.

If your children leave worship for Children’s Church (Preschool-Grade 1) they will move with the group to children’s music time, and then to Sunday School. Parents collect their children at 11:15 in the Education wing.

Youth Sunday School

Grades 6 – 12 combine for the youth class. The youth class learns about the Bible and what it means to follow Jesus in daily life.

Adult Sunday School

Multiple adult classes are available. You might want to try out different classes as each has a unique blend of members with varied interests.

Adult classes are not separated by age, but more by areas of interest and preference in learning about God and how to make him part of your everyday life. Sermon response, topical studies on contemporary issues, and Biblical studies are offered. A class for adults with developmental disabilities meets in the church library.

The Welcome Center ushers or a pastor can help you locate classes.

Junior & Senior High Youth Group

Students in grades 6 – 12 gather at church on Tuesday evenings for fun and fellowship. Students learn about who Jesus is and what a life of discipleship looks like as they grow in friendship with one another and serve the community.

Once a month, youth volunteer together in a service project in the community. We’ve helped at Care and Share Shoppes, Bean Bag Food Program, Bridge of Hope, Mennonite Resource Center, among other projects. A social outing away from Zion about once a month is on our calendars, plus a February weekend retreat and a summer mission trip.
